About PDF Text Replace

What we built

PDF Text Replace is a focused web application: upload a PDF, find exact text, replace it on the pages you choose, and download. The interface is intentionally simple so people can fix typos, template names, and small errors without installing desktop software or paying for a suite they only need once.

Engineering values

We prioritise HTTPS for all transfers, short retention of uploaded files, and transparent explanations of limitations (for example scanned PDFs without OCR). The product is supported by display advertising through Google AdSense so end users are not charged per document.

Who should use it

Freelancers updating client PDFs, small businesses fixing invoice exports, and anyone who needs a quick text swap on vector PDFs. Users with strict compliance requirements should consult their IT or legal team before uploading confidential material to any online processor.
