Frequently asked questions
How is 'blank' decided?
Two checks: pdftotext extracts no readable text from the page, AND ≥99% of rendered pixels are within 5 luminance points of pure white.
Will it remove pages with just a logo or watermark?
Probably not — the watermark fails the 99% white threshold. If you have a near-blank page that you DO want removed, use Remove pages with a manual selection.
What if every page looks blank?
We refuse to save an empty file and return an error. Likely your PDF is image-only with content; try a different tool.
